A room in a homestay listing invites renters to stay in a room within a host's home, often with opportunities for cultural exchange and personal interaction. Homestays typically include meals and shared living arrangements suitable for younger tenants.

Commercial accommodation

Commercial accommodation listings cover properties like student hostels, backpackers, serviced apartments, and other professionally managed lodging options.
